Hi, I'm Shannon!
I'm the founder of WellStylist Lab and the Chief Operating Officer of Mix Theory Studios, Inc., a music and podcasting studio coming this summer to Jacksonville's downtown entertainment district.
In 2019, I left corporate America and spent 12 months on a self-sponsored wellness sabbatical ~ just making adjustments to reflect how my family and I wanted to live life. Now, I'm doubling down on my inner entrepreneur and more than 17 years of corporate experience to build an unique community focused on holistic wellness.
As I once helped large, multinational companies assess the latest trends, strategic risks and opportunities, I'm leveraging this strength and my insatiable curiosity to connect with others on the future of wellness.
